Okay, so I've set up a stream to run at 15 fps. But once started, it's ignoring that setting and spitting out 60fps. Anyone know why this might be?
Latest version of FMLE.
Blackmagic Declink Studio 2 video ingestion card.
Windows 7.
Video coming into the card is 720p at 59.97fps.
