Hi all! I'm running into a bit of conundrum with FMLE-- I'm currently livestreaming with it, with a BlackMagic Intensity Extreme (thunderbolt) at 1080i59.94 . I'm using FMLE 3.2 on a Mac Mini quad i7 running 10.8.5, and have tried H.264 level 3.1, 3.2, 4.0, all with no change. I have tried Main and Baseline profile, 2500 Bit Rate at 1920x1080, and 1280x720. I've tried 59.94, 60, 30, 29.9 FPS, Deinterlaced checked and unchecked. Source is a 1080i59.94 HDMI camcorder.
And still I cannot get rid of the motion blur.

Again, I'm almost certain I have something set wrong-- I also use Livestream's Livestream for Producer, and the resulting stream does not have the blur. My internet is 4 Megs up/28 down, I have no dropped frames showing in FMLE at any of the settings, and I'm at a loss for what to try next.
